My foot hasn't recovered yet, so I've been keeping exercises light for the past month.
I've been enjoying a 2-week break from my diet plans last month because I went over to Beijing to visit my boyfriend! While I've certainly being doing a lot of walking there, I haven't been watching what I'm eating and let myself indulge in too much egg tarts, bubble tea, peking ducks. I'm neither going to whine or bash myself over it, (because I've been working hard so that I can go over and feast), nor am I going to stop trying, because I'm still determined to make this time a success. Honestly I struggled to get back on track for the 2 days after my return to sunny Singapore. But all is good now, and I'm sticking to plan, and more determined than ever.
Why? Because I've got one more reason to work harder now - My boyfriend proposed to me when I went over! We're officially engaged! :) I'm determined to make myself the most beautiful bride, and I've got 2 years to work hard to my big day. I don't want to be filled with regrets when I look back at my wedding day. I want to be glowing with pride, and be the envy of all, and know in my heart that I've worked so hard, and came so far for my big day.
Back to oats, salmon salad, clear soup. No complains now.
