Hehe, I admit that I haven't been diligent with my weekly updates.
Here are some stuff I've been making for breakfast!
Been diligent with my exercise, but I'm beginning to cheat too much on my diet, so I decided to change up the routine and incorporate portions of the Fat Flush Diet into my life.
I really need more inches to come off! Grrr.
Boiled Salmon with white mushroom and egg + lettuce
Lean minced pork + lettuce + rice roll + grapes
My favourite! Low fat oatmeal pancakes + fresh fruit jam
Chicken breast + wheat fuscilli + mushroom + lettuce
Salmon + asparagus, mushrooms+ lettuce
